Natasha Berness is the Founder and CEO of SoliVana Wellness Lab and the SoliVana Research Institute. She spent 25 years architecting enterprise data and AI systems at LinkedIn, Levi Strauss & Co., IBM, and McGill University before a complete burnout collapse forced her to apply the same systems-thinking to human biology.
After her labs came back normal and doctors told her she was fine, Natasha did what any systems architect would do: she built a framework. She founded SoliVana Wellness Lab in Redwood City, California — 9 private suites, 12 therapy modalities, 500+ client transformations. She founded the SoliVana Research Institute and launched Protocol NSR-2026, an IRB-approved, GCP-compliant 12-week longitudinal study with a 47-biomarker panel.
She built NerveOS, the operating system for recovery centers, now serving 3,500+ clients with a 5.0 Google rating. She published The MTHFR Peptide Protocol and created RESET Architecture™ and NeuroScore™.
